Returns & Exchanges

At Firetoys US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aerial and circus equipment, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on equipment that has been rigged or used for practice.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request and receive your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack the items in their original box with all tags attached, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Send your package using a tracked shipping service to our US distribution center; we recommend purchasing insurance for high-value aerial hardware.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our safety team inspects the hardware to confirm it is in brand-new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
